"Doesn’t really live up to the promises"
I expected this safe to feel a lot sturdier based on how it was described, but it feels cheaper than I thought it would. The door rattles a bit, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence, and the paint started chipping after just a week. They make it sound like you’re getting something solid and reliable, but those promises are vague when the actual quality is like this.

"Delivery timing was a bit of a pain"
The safe got here and everything was fine with it, but trying to set up the delivery time was kinda annoying. I had to wait around longer then I wanted and the communication wasn’t that great. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not very smooth. Would’ve been alot better if they gave a more clear time window.

"Got the wrong color safe"
I ordered the black 24-gun safe, but the gray one showed up instead. Customer support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the whole process to get it sorted out took longer than I expected. Anyway... it was just a frustrating experience overall...
"Install took longer than expected"
Delivery went smoothly, so no complaints there. But the install was kind of a pain and took way longer than I expected, almost like it should’ve been... I don’t know, just a lot easier than it was.
"My Safe Arrived Beat Up"
I ordered a gun safe from GunSafes.com, the packaging looked rough as soon as it showed up. The corners were crushed, and the box looked like it had been dragged around quite a bit before it got to me.
When I opened it, the safe had a dent on one side and a few scratches. It still works, but in my opinion, something this heavy and expensive should be packed way better. Customer service was decent enough, but the whole process just felt like more hassle than it should have been...

"Decent safe, but I’m not totally convinced on the security"
I bought this from GunSafes.com mainly because of the lock and the thicker door. Overall it feels solid, and the keypad has worked fine so far, so no real issues there. That said, for the price, I was expecting the bolts and the inside hinges to feel a little more heavy duty. It’s not a bad safe, and shipping went smoothly, but I do have some doubts about whether the overall build quality matches what I expected on the security side.

"I spent some time looking for a..."
I spent some time looking for a safe and checked out gunsafes.com, but the prices felt steep. A lot of the options looked really similar to ones I saw on other sites for less money. Maybe the quality is solid, I’m not saying it isn’t, but I just didn’t feel like the value matched the price. I weirdly remember one safe having a handle that looked almost exactly like the one on my old garage freezer, and that stuck with me for some reason. Overall, just not worth it for me.

"Shipping felt way too slow to me"
In my experience, the shipping took forever. I waited three weeks and still didn’t have the safe, which was frustrating.

"Warranty support was slower than expected"
I’m guessing this isn’t everyone’s experience, but the warranty support felt slow for me. I had a hard time getting clear answers, and I ended up having to follow up twice before things moved along. The safe itself seems fine so far, but based on how the support went after buying, I’d assume it might take some patience if you ever need help.
"Kinda disappointed with the lack of updates"
I placed my order and then basically didn’t hear much after that. The communication was kinda terrible, and it would’ve been nice to get some updates along the way.

"Checkout really shouldn’t be this difficult"
I was trying to buy a safe, but the checkout kept freezing and sending me back to the cart. On top of that, the shipping price changed while I was trying to finish the order, which was frustrating. I get that websites can have issues sometimes, but if I’m ready to pay, the basic checkout process needs to work. After a few tries, I gave up. Not the best first impression.

"Freight delivery was kind of a hassle"
The safe itself eventually showed up, but the freight delivery was a mess. The carrier missed the scheduled delivery, so I was left waiting around, checking the window every so often and wondering if I’d gotten the date wrong. It finally came later than expected, which was frustrating because I had planned my day around it

I’m not trying to be dramatic or anything, but I reached out and literally no one got back to me. I gave them a chance to reply and waited, but there was just nothing. Frustrating, honestly

"Decent info, but not super reassuring"
The sales guy did answer most of my questions, so I’ll give him that, but he had to go check on a few things that felt basic. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just didn’t walk away feeling all that confident. Also, every time there was a pause or uncertainty, I got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type apologies, which just made it feel less genuine

"The website is really hard to use"
I had a hard time using the website. I couldnt find what I was looking for, and some of the pages loaded in a weird way. It got frustrating after a while

"Why is canceling and returning so complicated?"
I tried to cancel my order and then had to deal with a return, why was it so complicated? It felt like way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I just ended up frustrated. I wouldn’t use them again.
